Great Service
As a tenant, I wasn't sure at first if dealing with a propery management company would be a good thing or not. In the past, I've always had direct access to the landlord and my experiences have been good. Since moving into our new home 6 months ago, we've needed to contact HQH a few times to rectify some maintenance ssues. They have been extremely responsive and dealt with the problems promptly! I know they have a lot of properties to manage so I was surprised and very pleased. Deborah's ability to organize and prioritize is clearly her super power! Both HQH and their partners have been very professional and skilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
